Wayne has now done two superb jobs for us.  The first was a small remodel for a bath.  We were particularly impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly his prompt and consistent communication throughout the project. 

When the furnished lower level of our condo flooded, Wayne was the first person we called.  This job turned out to be large in that the entire room had to be gutted, floor to ceiling, wall to wall.  During this process, several unexpected, ‘hidden’ problems due to the original construction emerged that were complex and upsetting. Wayne  patiently and carefully explained all of the issues involved, potential problems if not addressed and the options available to us including cost estimates, which in the end were exactly on target and extremely reasonable. 

Additionally, all of the various sub-contractors he used for this job were extremely professional, appeared on time and very pleasant to work with.  In the end, the room not only  looks 100% better than before the flood, but we know that the new construction is much safer than the original.

We have gone through many major construction and rehab scenarios over the years, with multitudes of contractors. Never have we worked with a contractor of Wayne’s caliber.  We highly recommend Wayne and his company unequivocally.
