Afford2FixIt, Inc. was founded during the recession of 2008 by Wayne Inzerello. A construction superintendent for a commercial builder, Wayne has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction.

Afford2FixIt, Inc. prides itself on helping the homeowner find high quality and affordable solutions to their needs. The concept was conceived during a conversation with a Realtor, who told Wayne that she had many customers who had to sell because of the economy, but their house was not marketable due to needed minor repairs. Then the question arose; if people need to sell, but do not have the money for costly repairs, what can be done to help? The Realtor told Wayne about a handy man she had used in the past, but he had retired. Another problem was even though the handy man could do the job at a greatly reduced cost, people felt uncomfortable using someone that was not associated with a legal business.

Then the light bulb went on! If a company could be formed that could provide high quality work at affordable prices, it would be a winning combination for the homeowner and the company. The idea of keeping the price low is simple; no fancy trucks, no expensive advertising, just honest hard work and the use of 'word of mouth' as advertising. So the process began. Wayne talked to the Realtor who agreed to use Afford2FixIt, Inc. as her referral for homeowners. They also agreed that there would be no 'kick backs' for any referral work; just a quality job at an affordable price. Why no 'kick backs' you may ask. Well simple - The Realtor gets the listing, the customer gets the sale, and Afford2FixIt, Inc. completes the job. Everybody wins!
